Challenge:

Consolidate three departments under one roof in an economical structure. Provide offices, maintenance, and storage of extensive amounts of capital equipment while promoting safety and communication between departments.

Solution:

Design and construct a new 20,000 sq. ft. pre-manufactured metal garage facility to house the Highway, Cemetery, and Park & Recreation Departments as well accommodating storage of over 2 million dollars worth of equipment, including a wash bay and maintenance space for use by the Police and Fire Departments.
