Challenge:
Evaluate the feasibility of supporting "Two Indeterminate Lines," a rusting steel doodle created by French artist, Bernar Venet. The sculpture was positioned on the existing elevated cast in place concrete plaza in front of the Dewey Library.
Solution:
CBI designed and detailed the new cast in place concrete pad base to permanently mount the sculpture to the existing structure.
