Challenge:
Provide design services for the historic restoration of 196 oversized windows.
Solution:
CBI designed and oversaw the repair of the sashes and mullions, refinishing of wood frames and mullions, replacement of glass, repair of air conditioner supports and railings, and coordination of work during normal building operation. CBI provided evaluation, repair recommendations, preparation of contract documents for bidding, and contract administration.
