Challenge:

Extreme deterioration of the cupola. Due to funding restrictions, the cupola had not been painted in many years. The resulting deterioration of wood trim required replacement of more than half of the material. There was also significant roofing and masonry deterioration.

Solution:

The entire cupola finish was replicated in fiberglass to match the existing in every detail. The windows are Lexan, which will support cell phone/antennae usage. The entire exterior of the Town Hall was renovated. Slate and copper replacement. Masonry repair.
