
Full services to renovate, repair, and preserve the entire exterior of the former church. There was extensive leaking due to severely deteriorated masonry and copper. Existing stone rose window surrounds had settled and shifted and massive stone arches had displaced to a point of instability.
Full pointing of all exterior masonry, rebuilding loose stone, replacement of missing stone, injection grouting of interior wall voids, installation of 30’ long grouted “sock” rods to direct natural arch forces and to tie structurally weak portions of the structure together, replacement of all the copper with all associated slate work. Various additional repairs including roof venting, new attic stair, yard drains, window painting, caulking, and bird mitigation.
