Ventress Library Marshfield, Massachusetts
Challenge:
Provide design services associated with the skylight and roofing replacement at the Ventress Library after leaks were discovered.
Solution:
CBI conducted a complete evaluation of the roof and determined that the skylight and existing EPDM roofing system replacement. CBI provided a complete design for the replacement of the skylight, as well as a new roofing system. The new roof is a single-ply EPDM with additional drains installed around the skylight for additional drainage.
