Challenge:

Create an addition to and extension of the main manufacturing facility to expand the packaging area and improve site distribution of finished material. The foundation is a 15-foot-high concrete retaining wall with two levels of slab on grade work areas.

Solution:

The existing precast concrete exterior panels were removed from the existing building at the location of the addition, surveyed for size and condition, and over 125 existing panels were cut and rehung to form the exterior of the new two-story addition.
