Challenge:

Large open spaces needed to meet retail needs of the customer. Coordination with the new storefront and decorative EIFS marquee were required for the front canopy.

Solution:

CBI performed a complete evaluation of the existing facility in order to integrate the new design. The work included a new cast-in-place concrete foundation with a steel frame structure.
